How it works

HolidayFlex allows you to buy extra annual leave and spread the cost over the year. The scheme runs via salary sacrifice, so the costs are deducted from your gross salary. This means you get to enjoy more time on your hands as well as tax and National Insurance savings.

Your employer will decide the maximum number of days you can buy and will let you know what the cost of each day is, for example as a percentage of your total annual salary. The total cost is then spread over the rest of the year, making it more affordable to take extra time off.
